LISTEN TO MUSIC TO BEAT STRESS

Listening to music does wonder to alleviate stress. Everyone has different tastes in music. We should listen to the music that makes us feel comfortable. Sitting down and forcing yourself to listen to relaxation music that you don't like may create stress, not alleviate it. Music is a significant mood-changer and reliever of stress, working on many levels at once.

The entire human energetic system is extremely influenced by sounds, the physical body and chakra centers respond specifically to certain tones and frequencies. Special consideration should be given to the positive effects of one actually playing or creating music themselves.

Among the first stress-fighting changes that take place when we hear a tune is an increase in deep breathing. The body's production of serotonin also accelerates.

Playing music in the background while we are working, seemingly unaware of the music itself, has been found to reduce the stress of the workplace. That’s why so many retail places play music while you shop – to take your mind off the high prices!

Music was found to reduce heart rates and to promote higher body temperature - an indication of the onset of relaxation. Combining music with relaxation therapy was more effective than doing relaxation therapy alone.

Many experts suggest that it is the rhythm of the music or the beat that has the calming effect on us although we may not be very conscious about it. They point out that when we were a baby in our mother's womb, we probably were influenced by the heart beat of our mother. We respond to the soothing music at later stages in life, perhaps associating it with the safe, relaxing, protective environment provided by our mother.

Music can be one of the most soothing or nerve wracking experiences available. Choosing what will work for any individual is difficult, most will choose something they 'like' instead of what might be beneficial.

In doing extensive research on what any given piece of music produces in the physiological response system many unexpected things were found. Many of the so-called meditation and relaxation recordings actually produced adverse EEG patterns, just as bad as Hard Rock and Heavy Metal.

The surprising thing was many selections of Celtic, Native American as well as various music containing loud drums or flute were extremely soothing. The most profound finding was any music performed live and even at moderately loud volumes even if it was somewhat discordant had very a beneficial response.

As we mentioned before, there is not a single music that is good for everyone. People have different tastes. It is important that you like the music being played.

I recently picked up a rest and relaxation CD at our local music store that has done wonders for me. It has the sounds of the ocean in the background while beautiful piano music plays. It’s very soothing.

One note here, it’s probably not a good idea to play certain types of ballads or songs that remind you of a sad time in your life when you’re trying to de-stress. The reason is obvious. You’re trying to relax and wash away the anxious thoughts. The last thing that you need is for a sad song to bring back memories you don’t need anyway.

Here are some general guidelines to follow when using music to de-stress.
· To wash away stress, try taking a 20-minute "sound bath." Put some relaxing music on your stereo, and then lie in a comfortable position on a couch or on the floor near the speakers. For a deeper experience, you can wear headphones to focus your attention and to avoid distraction.
· Choose music with a slow rhythm - slower than the natural heart beat which is about 72 beats per minute. Music that has repeating or cyclical pattern is found to be effective in most people.
· As the music plays, allow it to wash over you, rinsing off the stress from the day. Focus on your breathing, letting it deepen, slow and become regular. Concentrate on the silence between the notes in the music; this keeps you from analyzing the music and makes relaxation more complete.
· If you need stimulation after a day of work, go for a faster music rather than slow calming music. Turn up the volume and DANCE! It doesn’t matter if you can actually dance or not. Just move along with the music and do what feels good. You’ll be shocked at the release you can feel!
· When going gets tough, go for a music you are familiar with - such as a childhood favorite or favorite oldies. Familiarity often breeds calmness.
· Take walks with your favorite music playing on the ipod. Inhale and exhale in tune with the music. Let the music take you. This is a great stress reliever by combining exercise (brisk walk), imagery and music.
· Listening to the sounds of nature, such as ocean waves or the calm of a deep forest, can reduce stress. Try taking a 15- to 20-minute walk if you're near the seashore or a quiet patch of woods. If not, you can buy tapes of these sounds in many music stores. This has been very calming for me – you should try it too!

YES, STRESS AFFECTS YOUR GUT

Stress makes us sick therefore being aware and acknowledging stress is important. Your gut is a brilliant barometer of stress.

This exercise is simple: Just allow your focus to settle deep within your abdomen. Is your gut quiet or active? Open or clenched? Soft or tense? Spacious or tight?

If you're tight, gripped, or clenched, you're probably dealing with some kind of stress. Ask yourself: What could I imagine right now that would help me feel better? Maybe it's visualizing walking on a beautiful beach, eating at your favorite restaurant, or relaxing at a spa. You might want to just sit still and breathe deeply for a few minutes.

Whatever comes to mind, take a few moments to let yourself go with the thought, bringing in an awareness of colors, shapes, textures, smells, temperature—all the qualities that make the experience alive for you. You'll know you've brought your stress level down when your gut becomes warm, spacious, soft, or quiet, or conveys some other comfortable sensation.

As with all skills, learning to listen to—and trust—your gut may take practice, but over time you'll discover a valuable and reliable guide.

“We don't receive wisdom; we must discover it for ourselves.”— Marcel Proust

Anti-aging? Meditate!

Scientific studies have shown that meditation have positive effects at very physical levels, with even small amounts of meditation proving to have significant health and anti-aging benefits.

The timelessness induced by meditation appears to have timelessness effects on the body too!

According to research, Meditation has been found to increase levels of the anti-aging hormone DHEA (which decreases in the body with age).

In one experiment, 45 year old male meditators who practiced basic breathing or mindfulness meditation 20 minutes a day for 3 months, had 23% more of the youth hormone DHEA than non-meditators.

For women, this difference was even greater, with female meditators showing 47% higher levels of DHEA than non-meditators!

DHEA also helps to decrease stress, heighten memory, preserve sexual function, and control weight.

In another Harvard study, regular practice of basic meditation techniques was shown to have a significant positive impact on genes related to the aging process.

This study was conducted on a group that had never meditated before, and were taught simple breathing and meditation techniques that generate a 'Relaxation Response'.
After only 8 weeks, meditation had impacted 1561 genes in a highly beneficial way!

874 genes were 'turned up' (up-regulated), which were essentially anti-aging genes (such as those involved in the production of ant-aging anti-oxidants that fight age-causing free radicals in the body).

687 were 'turned down' (down-regulated), which were less desirable ones such as those related to inflammation (that causes collateral damage to the body).

In another research study, long-term meditators (practicing meditation for five years or more) were shown to be physiologically twelve years younger than their chronological age (as measured by reduction of blood pressure, and better near-point vision and auditory discrimination!

Even short-term meditators were physiologically five years younger than their chronological age!

Amazing isn’t it? Even simple practices like observing your breathing to quiet and focus the mind, and exercise practices that support a still and focused mind like Qigong and yoga, for example, can be of help.

Breathing Tips

FRESH AIR IMPOVERISHES THE DOCTOR – Danish Proverb

Today I will talk about breathing because this seemingly natural action we do every day has a lot to do with our health, well being and road towards success.

I have written many times that stress is our biggest enemy. Stress stops us from living a healthy and joyous life which we do not want because a successful individual is one who is happy in all areas. Recently I discovered that taking deep breaths several times within a day actually takes away the stress.

FACT : Most adults breathe very shallowly using just our chest muscles. Shallow breathing starves our body with oxygen and this lack of oxygen in our cells cause a lot of diseases. Breathing shallowly only fills the middle and upper parts of their lungs. Nose breathing, using your abdominal muscles, is more efficient because it fills more of your lungs and provides more air and, subsequently, more oxygen with each breath.

Following is a tip for Proper Breathing

1. Inhale normally through your nose.
2. As you breathe out through your nose, slightly tighten your throat as if you are lightly snoring.
3. Notice that you must contract your abdominal muscles to make the “snoring” sound during your exhale. The tighter you contract your stomach muscles with each exhale, the more resonant the snoring sound. As long as you can make that sound, proper breathing will occur.
4. Once you can make this sound with a shallow breath, increase the depth of each breath while making a quality, resonant snoring sound with each exhale. You can also do this on each inhale.
5. Practice every chance you get while lying down, sitting, or walking. When it becomes very easy, use this type of breathing, especially during each exhale, during your regular exercise time.

When the Breath wanders, the mind is unsteady, but when the Breath is still, so is the mind still."
- Hatha Yoga Pradipika

I love YOGA, I do it at least once every week. Yoga does not only stretch your body, it also relaxes the mind. One of the Five Principles of Yoga is Pranayama or Breathing Exercise which promotes proper breathing. In a Yogic point of view, proper breathing is to bring more oxygen to the blood and to the brain. Pranayama Yoga also goes hand in hand with the Asanas. The union of these two Yogic Principles is considered as the highest form of purification and self-discipline, covering both mind and body.

Quick Meditation Guide

Everyone has stress. It’s a fact of life. How we react to that stress can make a world of difference, though. It can literally make us healthy or unhealthy.

Studies show that stress and anxiety contribute to at least 80 percent of all illnesses that people suffer from today. Over 19 million people are negatively affected by stress related disorders, but they don’t have to be. There are ways that you can make stress disappear or even work FOR you instead of AGAINST you.

One very effective way to deal with stress is through MEDITATION. Studies show that people who meditate regularly (1 to 2 times daily) are physically years younger than other people their same chronological age.

Following is a meditation technique that is extremely successful with everyone that takes the time to master it. This is a short, fifteen minute meditative break that you can easily incorporate into even the busiest of days.

Gain Control of Your Mind, Gain Control of Your Life

This simple procedure creates a deep state of relaxation in your mind and body. As your breathing quiets, your mind also quiets, but remains awake. If you fall asleep while doing this activity, you are not getting adequate sleep at night. Change your schedule until you can remain awake and alert while practicing this technique.

Making an audio tape of these instructions in your own voice, and using it during your first several practices, very quickly improves your success. Using some quiet music in the background while making your tape is another very helpful addition. The numbers in parentheses below are about how long to pause between instructions on your tape.

• Close your eyes. (30 seconds)
• Gently, allow your awareness to be on your breathing. Just observe your breath as you breathe in and out. (30 seconds)
• Innocently be aware of your breathing. Do not try to alter it in any conscious way. (1 minute)
• As you observe your breath, you may notice that it changes. It may speed up or slow down. It may get deeper or more shallow. It may seem to stop for a time. Whatever happens with your breathing, just observe it, without anticipating or resisting any changes. (1 minute)
• At times, your attention may drift away from your breath and go to a thought in your mind, some sensation in your body, or a sound. Whenever you notice that you are not observing your breath, gently bring your attention back to your breathing. (1 minute)
• Give up any expectations you may have. When you notice that you are focusing on some expectation, treat this as you would any other thought and gently bring your awareness back to your breath. (silence for at least 10 more minutes)
• Take about 1 minute to slowly open your eyes.

Practice this technique, SITTING, for at least 15 minutes, twice a day, in the morning and in the late afternoon. You may also do this for a few minutes during the day, if you are feeling upset, tense or agitated. It will help you to relax and regain control.

Watch What You Eat

You want to reach the peak of your success with a healthy body, right? WARNING! Now is the time you have to take a close look into the food you and your loved ones take.

Our fast paced world today has pushed us to favor convenience over quality. Too much processed foods can cause a world of trouble for us more than we think, for one - processed foods lack nutrient density. This means that most of the vitamins and minerals are lost in processing or even absent from the beginning. Second, foods like chips, cookies, boxed meals, dips, etc. tend to make us over eat as we don’t feel full due to lack of fiber intake as compared to eating fruits and vegetables. The 3rd aspect of processed foods (and one we should be aware of) are the ingredients added during processing.

Food additives serve many purposes, most of which we are not even aware of, and often can do us harm. Discover not only what you’ve been ingesting, but also how it is affecting you and the world we live.

1. Food Dyes
If you have kids, this is a big one. NPR reported that the FDA is meeting this week to decide whether some foods with added dyes should either be banned or at least carry a warning label to let parents know ahead of time. Michael Jacobson, director of the Center for Science in the Public Interest is most concerned about Red No. 40, Yellow No. 5 and Yellow No. 6, which make up 90 percent of the food dyes on the market. Food dyes are known to cause child hyperactivity and even ADHD. Though we’ve been using food dyes for years, use has gone up fivefold in the past 50 years, according to the article. Food dyes are found in processed foods especially fruit snacks, candy, cookies, icing, sausage, and cereal. Read labels and stick to whole foods to avoid them.

2. BPA
A new study has found that the majority of our exposure to dangerous synthetic hormones, namely Bisphenol A (BPA) is canned foods. Organic or not, 92 percent of canned foods have BPA. Rachel wrote that organic brand names Muir Glen, Amy’s, Bionaturae, and S&W Organic all do use BPA in their canned foods.

3. Phthalates
Phthalates are another synthetic hormone often found in canned foods. Phthalates are a chemical associated with endocrine disruption in animals and in some human studies. In laboratory animal tests, they have been shown to cause reproductive and neurological damage. They are often found in personal care products as well as canned foods. Avoid them by eating fresh foods that aren’t packaged whenever possible.

4. Palm Oil
More than what palm oil does to your body (palm oil contain highly saturated fat, and can increase cholesterol) it is how today’s excessive use of palm oil harm our environment.
In an article, Grist writes:
The main threat to the orangutans’ survival, as well as other endangered wildlife like Sumatran tigers, Sumatran rhinoceroses, and pygmy elephants, was the clearing and burning of Southeast Asia’s rainforests for palm oil, an additive in cookies, crackers, and cosmetics.
Look for the ingredient in your snack foods, cut out on this and you can to your share to save the world.

5. Hidden Trans Fats
Many processed foods claim to be trans fat free when really there is .49 grams per serving. While this may seem like a minimal amount, the American Heart Association says that you should have 2% or less per day. Be careful, this minuscule amounts (specially when accumulated) have a big impact. Be extra vigilant with baked goods, refrigerated doughs, and snack foods. In these cases make sure they are made with olive, coconut, or canola oil. Trans fats are known to increase LDL (bad cholesterol) and decrease HDL (good cholesterol). They also make the blood vessels less flexible and have a negative impact on blood pressure.

6. MSG
Michelle Schoffro Cook wrote that MSG Monosodium Glutamateis linked to hormonal imbalances, weight gain, brain damage, obesity, and headaches, and it’s still found in a surprising amount of foods.
Click on this link to know where MSG is hidden. http://www.msgtruth.org/avoid.htm
Favor home cooked meals or Go to restaurants that make things from scratch. If you have to go eat fast food read this list you may want to consider:

    AVOID all CHICKEN items
    AVOID all SAUSAGE items
    AVOID all PARMESAN items
AVOID all Ranch dressings - stick to oil and vinegar Italian
    AVOID Croutons
    AVOID Dipping Sauces
    AVOID Gravy
    AVOID TOMATO AND MUSHROOM soups

7. Lead
In this one, juice drinks are the culprit. According to a story on Natural News, 85 percent of beverages marketed to children contain dangerous levels of lead. The levels were high enough to require a warning under California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, popularly known as Prop. 65. By juicing at home you can use what’s available seasonally, choose organic fruits and vegetables, and eliminate lead.

BLOCKING BEHAVIORS THAT KEEP YOUR STRESS ALIVE

Everyday we are faced with different reasons that bring about stress. Studies show that stress is the biggest source of sickness. Stress kills therefore it is important to understand and learn how to deal with stress.

There are three obsessive behaviors that you are likely to be engaging in that impede your healing process and stop you from enjoying a stress-free life. Recognizing these barriers can be a great first step toward getting rid of the problems that go with being too stressed.

1/ Obsessive negativity. When you are obsessively negative, it means that you have a tendency toward being "negative" about people, places, situations, and things in your life.

Perhaps you find yourself saying things like "I can't do this!" or "No one understands!" or "Nothing ever works!", for example. You may be doing this unconsciously, but essentially you have what's known as a "sour grapes" attitude, and it holds you back from knowing what it's like to view life from a positive lens and enjoy the beauty in yourself and people around you! There's a whole world out there for you...with happiness and positive thinking.

2/ Obsessive perfectionism. When you engage in obsessive perfectionism, you are centered on trying to do everything "just so" to the point of driving yourself into an anxious state of being. You may find yourself making statements such as, "I have to do this right, or I'll be a failure!" or "If I am not precise, people will be mad at me!" Again, this behavior may be totally under the threshold of your awareness, but it interferes greatly with your ability to enjoy things without feeling "uptight" and "stressed."

3/ Obsessive analysis. When you are obsessed about analyzing things, you find yourself wanting to re-hash a task or an issue over and over again. For instance, you might find yourself making statements such as, "I need to look this over, study it, and know it inside and out...or else I can't relax!" or "If I relax and let things go without looking them over repeatedly, things go wrong!"

While analytical thinking is an excellent trait, if it's done in excess you never get to stop and smell the roses because you're too busy trying to analyze everything and everyone around you. Gaining insight into this type of behavior is one of the most important keys to letting go of stress, and getting complete power over your anxiety.

If you find yourself engaging in any of the above "Blocking Behaviors", there are two things you can do to help yourself.
First, ask the people you know, love, and trust, "Am I negative about things?", "Do I complain a lot?", and "Am I difficult to be around?"
This may be hard for you to listen to, as the truth sometimes hurts a great deal. But the insight you will get from others' assessment of you is invaluable, and you'll know precisely how others see you. Accept their comments as helpful info, and know that you will gain amazing insights from what you hear.

Second, keep a journal to write down and establish patterns of when you are using "blocking behaviors." Even if you are not thrilled with the idea of writing, you can make little entries into a note book or journal each day. The great part is that you'll begin to see patterns in your behavior that reveal exactly what you're doing to prevent yourself from curing your anxiety.

To be effective towards moving into the “healing” stage and conquer your stress and anxiety, you need to recognize these blockages first so you can move .

DIY Household Tips - Two

All natural beauty solution.

Facial masks

Anti-ageing banana mask

• 1 small banana
• 2 tbsp fresh cream
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp rolled oats

Mash the banana then add the cream, honey and oats to form a smooth paste. Using a foundation brush, gently paint the mask on to your face, avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

Beauty benefit
The ingredients in this mask all have certain anti-ageing properties. They are rich in potassium, enzymes, and vitamins A and B. Bananas smooth out wrinkles by narrowing pores and rebalancing the skin's pH. They also balance and heal dryness, sunburn, itching and redness. The honey and cream in this mask work wonders for dry skin and the oats are an exfoliate. Adding a dash of orange juice for greasy, oily skin-types will be good.

Yoghurt face mask

• 1/4 cup plain natural yoghurt
• 3 tsp honey
• 3 tsp mashed cooked pumpkin
• 3 tsp mashed cooked carrots

Blend or mash all ingredients to form a smooth paste. Gently lather on to your face avoiding the eyes and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse the mask off in a warm shower before toning the face and applying a light moisturizer.

Beauty benefit
Fresh, live yoghurt contains the highly beneficial culture Lactobacillus Acidophilus that fights bacteria that cause infection and also helps to exfoliate dead skin cells. According to University of California bee expert, Norman Gary, honey is often used in cosmetic applications. "Honey has antiseptic qualities. It is also a humectant, meaning it has the ability to absorb and retain moisture. It's a natural partner in a variety of cleansers and moisturising products."

Pumpkin and papaya enzyme mask

• 2/3 cup fresh papaya, skin and seeds removed
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin

Blend or mash all ingredients to form a smooth paste. Prepare your face with a daily cleanser to remove all residual makeup. Apply the mask over your face with a foundation brush, avoiding your eyes. You may feel some tingling as the enzymes in the pumpkin and papaya gently exfoliate. Leave for ten minutes then rinse off with warm water. Apply toner and moisturizer as normal.

Beauty benefit
Papaya has been acknowledged for its medicinal benefits since the 18th century. It's a complete nutrient food for skin - 100g of pulp contains 2,500i.u. of vitamin A. Papaya also contains papain, an enzyme that softens the skin from deep within and encourages the process of cell renewal. Pumpkin contains high levels of beta-carotene that can rebuild skin collagen, improve tone and texture and fade age spots.

Facial cleansers

Grape cleanser

2 large grapes

Grape juice makes an excellent cleanser for any skin type. Simply split open one or two large grapes, remove pips and rub the flesh and juice over your face and neck. Rinse off with cool water, then moisturise as normal.

Beauty benefit
According to Ayurvedic practices, grape juice is both sweet and cooling. Grape juice contains anthocyanin pigments, a key antioxidant that cools the blood and increases blood flow. Grape juice also maintains elasticity of the skin and helps to reduce ageing.

Rosewater facial toner

• Rose petals

Place a firmly packed cup of rose petals into a small bowl. Pour two cups of boiling water over the top then cover and steep until the liquid is cool. Strain, squeeze out the liquid from the petals and refrigerate the rose water in a sterilized jar when not using.

Beauty benefit
Rosewater is a gentle astringent and moisturizer replacing liquid to the cells and tightening the pores. Rosewater also contains antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

Kiwi-almond facial scrub

• 1 kiwifruit
• 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
• 1 tbsp almond oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp finely ground almonds
• 1 tsp orange juice

Purée the kiwifruit in a food processor. With the motor still running add yoghurt, almond oil, honey and ground almonds. Process until thick. Add the orange juice to thin. To apply, massage gently over neck and face, and then rinse well.

Beauty benefit
The combined textures of kiwifruit pips and ground almonds are gentle exfoliants that remove impurities from the skin's surface. Almond oil is an excellent moisturizing lubricant for all skin types. When raw almonds are ground they become a gentle stimulant to your skin's pores and act as a ‘beauty grain'.

DIY Beauty Tips - One

All natural... Quick and easy beauty formula right in the comfort of your home.

Avocado hydrating mask

• 1 tbsp cream
• 1 tbsp yoghurt
• 2 tsp honey
• Flesh of half an avocado

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Using a foundation brush, gently paint the mask on to your face, avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water.

Beauty benefit
Studies show that "Avocado is an excellent source of monounsaturated fat and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, as well as potassium and vitamins A, C and E. Because avocado oil is more penetrating than other commonly used oils, such as almond and olive, all these nutrients are absorbed deeply into the skin. Avocado is particularly beneficial for sensitive or ageing skin, as its moisturising and rejuvenating properties increase the production of collagen."

Thyme and fennel cleanser

• 2 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
• 2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• Juice of half a lemon

Mix the thyme and fennel seed in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Add the lemon juice and steep for 15 minutes. Strain the infusion and store the liquid in a jar in the refrigerator. Because this cleanser is very gentle, it can be used each morning. Simply dab it on your face and neck with a cotton ball, then rinse.

Beauty benefit
Fennel is a powerful essential oil. As an infusion, fennel seeds can be gently cleansing and toning for the skin. Fennel can help reduce puffiness and superficial irritation. Thyme is useful for its toning, refreshing and antiseptic properties.

Face and body scrubs

Berry-skin facial scrub

• 3 medium strawberries (with green stems removed)
• 1 tbsp honey
Cut strawberries into small pieces, then mash against the sides of a bowl. Fold in honey and gently mix. Using small circles, massage the scrub into your face with your fingertips for a few minutes, and rinse with warm water.

Beauty benefit
According to health food website www.foodscout.org, strawberries have long been used topically in traditional medicine to treat burns and other skin irritations. The ancient Egyptians applied crushed strawberries to the face to treat acne. The website claims that strawberries have astringent and anti-inflammatory properties.

Sugary exfoliating body scrub

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup raw oatmeal
• 1 cup olive oil

Mix all ingredients to forma paste. Massage into your skin in slow, gentle circles. You may want to stand in the shower while you apply the scrub to avoid any excess mess. Rinse off in the shower using warm water.

Beauty benefits
Plain rolled oats is an excellent multi-purpose skin care treatment that can relieve dryness, restore natural moisture balance and aid in healing minor irritations. Combined with the fine gritof sugar, grime and dead skin can be diminished naturally, without chemicals or dryness.

Energy, Your Body and Your Health

Dear Curious Mind Subscriber,

If you grew up relying solely on western medicine, the idea of getting healed with the power of energy is a bit strange.  However, this theory dates way, way back in time.

Let us see what the greatest minds of all time say about this…

All Matter is Energy!
Albert Einstein

Future Medicine will be based on controlling energy in the body!
Professor William Tiller - Stanford

The energy field starts it all!
Professor Harold Burr, PhD, Yale University

Body Chemistry is governed by Quantum cellular fields!
Professor Murray Gell Mann, Nobel Prize Laureate, Stanford

Diseases are to be diagnosed and prevented by energy field assessment!
George Crile, Sr. M.D. Founder of the famous Cleveland Clinic

Treating humans without the concept of energy is treating dead matter!
Albert Szent-Gyorgi, M.D. Nobel Prize Laureate, Hungary

This shift has been occurring and its significance is not small - it is treating issues at their source vs. working on symptoms.

There are many modalities about this around the world and The Healing Codes is just one of them.  Following is the story behind The Healing Codes from Dr. Lyod.

When Hope and I suffered and struggled to find a cure for her
illness, we tried so many things, and spent more than $100,000 cash
out of our pockets. We want to help others who were struggling the way
we did, or will in the future. Thats why we wrote the book in the
first place - to get this technology in the hands of as many people as
possible, for as little money as possible.

We believe we may have an opportunity to open a door that has been
long shut - and many wonderful energy medicine modalities can walk
through with us. With all the negatives in the world, this would be a
