Secrets of the Truly Rich

We all say yes to become rich, right? Of course! Who doesn’t? The question is do you believe yourself when you say you want to be rich? Are you doing something to become rich? Do you even know how to become rich?

To become rich (or become anything you want to be for that matter), you need to change your paradigm (this is also according to Mr. Bob Proctor) , you need to change the way you think about yourself and how successful you are in all aspects of life. You need to study how successful people think.

Unless You Get Consistently Immersed In a New Way of Thinking, You Won’t Change!

The many talks and materials (by Bo Sanchez) teach how to be financially successful. Not only that, the principles given can actually be a guide towards success in almost every aspect of life – HEALTH / WEALTH / RELATIONSHIPS.

Bo Sanchez is an international speaker, travelling extensively around the world. So far, he has spoken in 14 countries, including 38 cities in North America. Click here to know more about him.

Let me share with you below some real insights you can expect by listening to a TRULY RICH CLUB Power Talk

3 reasons why people are poor:
1/ Because they don’t want to become rich, subconsciously people are conflicted
2/ Many are financially stupid
3/ They don’t ride vehicles to wealth

Plus 8 secrets of the truly rich
1/ Be responsible for your financial success
2/ Enlarge your psychological wallet
3/ Get rid of crazy religious beliefs
4/ Be totally committed to your dream
5/ Raise your financial IQ
6/ Ride something to wealth
7/ Have a bias for action

7 Ways to Restart a Day

Mornings are crucial. How your mornings begin usually determine the outcome of your day. So, if you've just woken up, and you're on the wrong side of the bed. Is there any way to switch to the other side? Absolutely!

As Soon as the Alarm Rings...

Spend your first 15 seconds awake planning something nice to do for yourself today. "This can really set you up in a good mood—even if it's just going by the farmers' market and getting fresh strawberries," says Alice Domar, PhD, author of Be Happy Without Being Perfect: How to Break Free from the Perfection Deception.

Get Up

The longer you lie there, the more you ruminate, the darker your outlook is likely to become, says Christine Padesky, PhD, co-author of Mind Over Mood. So get vertical and make a cup of coffee, take a shower, feed the cat...

Drink...

...make that two glasses of water upon awakening, the time when our bodies are dehydrated, says Susan M. Kleiner, PhD, author of The Good Mood Diet. Dehydration causes fatigue, which affects your mood.

Move It

You already know the number one way of chasing away a bad mood: exercise. A workout at the gym sure helps. But even just a few minutes of movement—a fast walk, for example—raises energy and reduces tension, says mood expert Robert Thayer, PhD, professor of psychology at California State University, Long Beach, and author of Calm Energy.

Investigate

When you're dogged by anxiety or the dread you woke up with, try to pinpoint what's causing it. Did someone say anything the day before? Do you have a meeting today you wish you didn't? Was it the dream you were having when the alarm went off? "If you can figure out why you're upset, that's halfway to feeling better," says Domar.

Be Kind and Thankful

This isn't exactly news, but generosity and gratitude are both big contributors to happiness, according to Todd B. Kashdan, PhD, who directs the Laboratory for the Study of Social Anxiety, Character Strengths, and Related Phenomena at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Do something nice for a stranger or friend and see if you don't feel better about yourself. Also, jot down three things that you're grateful for. It seems so simple, but counting your blessings just has a way of making you remember the sun is shining.

Laugh at Yourself

The best comedians point out the mundane aspects of life—relationship strife, a boring job, a closet full of too-tight clothes; they exaggerate those circumstances, and give us a perspective we can laugh about, says Mark Ridley, owner of the Comedy Castle in Royal Oak, Michigan. Look at your own life and try to appreciate the absurdity of what doesn't go exactly according to plan (the diets, the men, the buzz cut). Acknowledging how little control we actually have over what happens is sometimes a most freeing gift to yourself.

The Business of Being Happy

What makes you happy, what makes you smile? I think life is about finding our happiness, it’s our main business. They say ‘at the height of laughter, the universe is flung into a kaleidoscope of new possibilities’. How about finding out what makes you laugh?

"The best thing for being sad...is to learn something," said T.H. White in The Once and Future King. This has nothing to do with academic drudgery and everything to do with the fact that mastering a technique, sharpening a skill.

Knowledge is power, knowledge is fun—and it can help send your sadness away for good. Doing something you didn't know how to do before, proves anything is possible. Here are 25 ways to brighten up those little gray cells.

1. Memorize one good joke.
2. Learn how to skate ... or if you already know how, maybe just how to skate backward.
3. Teach yourself not to take the bait the next time a loved one starts pestering you.
4. Learn a new language, master Italian (or American Sign Language, German, Spanish, French, Pig Latin...)
5. Have a kid show you one foolproof magic trick.
6. Perfect your margarita-making technique.
7. Enroll in a bookbinding course.
8. Read everything by a single author whom you've been meaning to get to for years. Faulkner? Melville? Auden? Colette?
9. Knit yourself or someone you love a sweater—or perhaps just a scarf.
10. Start writing a short story.
11. Sign up for piano lessons.
12. Find a kind of meditation that feels right.
13. Join a boxing class.
14. Learn how to make your grandmother's piecrust.
15. Figure out how to operate at least one feature of your cell phone, Blackberry, Tivo or iPad that you're not using and isn't all that necessary to your actual life but is rather cool.
16. Create your own blog.
17. Come up with one can't-miss-meal—and serve it to six friends.
18. Try a new kind of yoga class.
19. Conquer your revulsion at putting the worm on the hook.
20. Tennis, anyone?
21. Learn to be alone (turn off your TV and your phone, shut down your computer, and enjoy a little solitude).
22. Tango...it only takes one to practice.
23. Buy an atlas; spend some time with it. You'll never know when Meredith Viera will call and you'll have to be a lifeline.
24. Polish your inner Joni Mitchell: Pick up the guitar you put down in tenth grade.
25. Learn to juggle. We mean oranges, not responsibilities.

The Choice....

We are all given the benefit of a CHOICE. Whatever life has given us we are always given 2 options. The following story tells us about the power of …

THE CHOICE ..

John is the kind of guy you love to hate. He is always in a good mood and always has something positive to say. When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, 'If I were any better, I would be twins!'

He was a natural motivator.

If an employee was having a bad day, John was there telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.

Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day I went up and asked him, 'I don't get it!'

'You can't be a positive person all of the time.
How do you do it?'

He replied, 'Each morning I wake up and say to myself, you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or...you can choose to be in a bad mood

I choose to be in a good mood.'

Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or...I can choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from it.

Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their complaining or...I can point out the positive side of life. I choose the positive side of life.

'Yeah, right, it's not that easy,' I protested.

'Yes, it is,'he said. 'Life is all about choices. When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people affect your mood.

You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. The bottom line: It's your choice how you live your life.'

I reflected on what he said. Soon hereafter, I left the Tower Industry to start my own business. We lost touch, but I often thought about him when I made a choice about life instead of reacting to it.

Several years later, I heard that he was involved in a serious accident, falling some 60 feet from a communications tower.

After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, he was released from the hospital with rods placed in his back.

I saw him about six months after the accident.

When I asked him how he was, he replied, 'If I were any better, I'd be twins....Wanna see my scars?'

I declined to see his wounds, but I did ask him what had gone through his mind as the accident took place.

'The first thing that went through my mind was the well-being of my soon-to-be born daughter,' he replied. 'Then, as I lay on the ground, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live or...I could choose to die. I chose to live.'

'Weren't you scared? Did you lose consciousness?' I asked.

He continued, '...the paramedics were great.

They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the ER and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In their eyes, I read 'he's a dead man'. I knew I needed to take action.'

'What did you do?' I asked.

'Well, there was a big burly nurse shouting questions at me,' said John. 'She asked if I was allergic to anything 'Yes, I replied.' The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled, 'Gravity''

Over their laughter, I told them, 'I am choosing to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead.'

He lived, thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude....I learned from him that every day we have the choice to live fully.

Attitude, after all, is everything.

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.' Matthew 6:34.

After all today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.

A life of Bliss – Part Three

Love, love, love………

Love yourself and the rest becomes easy!

Love is the highest vibration in the universe. The more you love yourself and others, the happier, brighter and more successful your life will become.

And know you are loved. You are loved totally and unconditionally by the source of creation - God.

Becoming aware of this truth connects you to your inherent value, increases your sense of worth and deserving, heals pain of separation and loneliness and opens you to the love that is there for you in every moment.

Your family is your greatest source of love. Increase the love in your life / self by increasing the Love In Your Family. Deepen the love within your family, you deepen your love for yourself. Click here for help to do all these….

Two important points…

1. Be yourself

Be yourself; you're the only one qualified, plus you're amazing!

Dare to be unique, dare to be you, dare to shine your colours, glorious and true.

Being yourself is not only the key to success in your life, it is the best way to serve others and your world. Don't hide yourself or your gifts. It's why you're here.

12. Love

Love yourself and others.

There may be times this is easier than others, but make it your overriding intention. Love lies at the heart of all that you seek, and separation from it at the root of your troubles and pain.

Let love be a guiding light in your life that will steer your ship through stormy waters back to the shore of truth, happiness and joy. We all love to love and be loved! It doesn't get better than that!

A life of Bliss – Part Two

Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant. In the same way, don’t judge yourself by the mistakes you commit but by the good results you put upon your life. Focus on the number of times you stood up to continue walking, leave behind the time you fell.

While it is not always easy to change, at least do one step each day towards your transformation. Allow time to heal your brokenness. Accept yourself, acknowledge your pain and work on letting go of things you can’t change. Surrender to God your weakness, let Him heal your wounds.

You are a person of great value, created in the image and likeness of God. Be loving, compassionate and forgiving of yourself. By doing so, you begin your journey towards bliss.

'Blissipline' Tips!

1. Open to receive

Life doesn't have to be a struggle. Ask for help when you need it. Choose partnership. Be courageous enough to be vulnerable, to receive, to be open and transparent.

Ask the universe for help regularly and be open to receive the outer promptings and opportunities that come your way.

2. Love and accept yourself

"No amount of self-improvement will make up for a lack of self-acceptance". Robert Holden.

The more you accept yourself as you are, the more you let go of what you're not. Quit the self-punishment, blame, inner criticism and self-condemnation. End feeling guilty for it serves no one. Forgive yourself and clear your limiting self beliefs, and embrace more of the love, light, innocence and wonder that you are.

Your family is your greatest source of love. Increase the love in your life / self by increasing the Love In Your Family. Deepen the love within your family, you deepen your love for yourself. Click here for help to do all these….

3. Take responsibility

As James Allen says, "Circumstance does not make a man, it reveals him to himself'.

The more you take responsibility for your life, the more you are able to change it. Become conscious of the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes that are creating your world. Take responsibility for them and choose those that serve you.

4. Follow your intuition.

Your intuition holds the key to your brightest future and all the guidance you need to craft your life optimally. It enables you to engage the grace and magic of CO-creation!

Listen to that small voice within you. When you access and apply your intuition, amazing things start to happen!

5. Act on opportunities

Follow your heart and act on the opportunities the universe is offering to you and the doorways that are opening.

When you apply your intuition and work with the law of attraction, opportunities will present themselves that will take you to your goals in magical and effortless ways...

So it's important to ACT on them!

You might want to write down any synchronicities and the outer 'promptings' in your world, as well as insights through meditation and dreams, that you feel are pointing you in the direction of your bright future.

A life of Bliss – Part One

We are who we make ourselves, but sometimes our ego doesn't want us to do the 'spiritual work' or practices that will heal and transform us, align us with our higher being and enable more of the love to flow that lead to the success we desire and deserve. When we shut off our emotions to avoid pain, we shut off the lighter, positive feelings of love, happiness and joy too.

Change begins with recognition and acknowledgement of our feelings that will allow us to heal. This process involves looking in the mirror. Do this with compassion towards yourself. You are not your darkness, failings or mistakes. You are a person of great value, created in the image and likeness of God. Be loving, compassionate and forgiving of yourself. By doing so, you begin your journey towards bliss.

'Blissipline' Tips!

1. Daily meditation

Even just 5 minutes once a day will be beneficial. You can extend that to 2 (or 3) times a day, and move from 5 minutes to 10, then 20 minutes. Sit back, relax, and allow the meditative experience envelope your being.

Meditating daily has numerous benefits, from improved health, reduced stress and anti-aging benefits to the gifts of clearing and raising energy, inner peace and centering, connecting to your Higher Being, and receiving divine inspiration.

Combining meditation with visualization for manifesting your dreams help clear blockages to success.

2. Daily manifesting routine

A daily manifesting routine can be integrated or added along-side your daily meditation. It could be something as simple as visualizing your goals for a few minutes each morning and/or night. Read a list each morning and/or evening of the current goals you are focusing on.

Daily manifestation implemented daily and added to your routine help bridge the gap between you and your goals.

3. Gratitude

Allow yourself to feel grateful for at least 5 things in your life each morning as part of your blissipline routine, and at the end of the day for things that happened during your day that you are grateful for.

This will align your vibration to everything which is good, true and beautiful in your life, to everything which you love and appreciate, and attract more of the same at an expanded level into your life.

Keeping a gratitude journal is useful too, to make you remember what you are grateful for. The key is feeling the gratitude more than thinking about it or writing it down… avoid the intellectual process, feel and be absorbed by your gratitude.

4. Time in nature

Spending time in nature is healing and recalibrating, and aligns your energy to beauty, harmony, peace, love and enchantment. The wondrous energies of flowers, plants and the nourishing energy of Earth herself, have a very rejuvenating and transforming effect on your being.

Being with nature is in itself food for the soul… it will also ground and discharge negative energies, as well as open your heart and uplift your spirits while giving you time to stop, reflect, be at peace, and be with yourself and receive inspiration.

5. Do more of what you love

Doing more of what you love and what brings you joy will raise your vibration significantly and attract more success, happiness, joy and opportunities into your life in all areas!

All work and no play makes for a dull day. For a high vibration that will boost your all-round attractor factor, be sure to add regular FUN to your weekly schedule!

10 TIPS – JOHN MAXWELL

I happen to come across this article and I thought it is worth sharing. Enjoy and be inspired.

Dr. John C. Maxwell, recognized leadership expert, gave 10 solid tips for traveling through life.

Traveling Through Life

Tip #1: Travel Light. – You can always tell the difference between an experienced traveler and a new one… by the size of their luggage. John mentioned that too many people travel through life with a lot of emotional baggage, which they’ve not yet learned to let go. Traveling light is about finding your priorities… carrying only the essential stuff… Oh yes… and asking for forgiveness along the way.

Tip #2: Take someone with you – Life is about relationships. Isn’t it awfully lonely to travel through life alone? Maybe you’ve been hurt before, but that doesn’t mean that you should close your heart. It only means that you know the characteristics you don’t want in a partner/friend. Let time heal your heart and then find someone to travel through life with.

Tip #3: Follow The Road Map – Have a game plan. If you do not know where you are going, then how can you hope to get there? It is important to know where you are (A) by doing self-reflection everyday and where you want to go (B) by setting goals… but do not succumb to “destination disease”. Life is not only about reaching B. Life HAPPENS between A and B! Enjoy the journey…

Tip #4: Take The High Road -”Those who are instruments of grace to others become recipients of grace to themselves”.

John talks about the necessity of having a life stance – your overall frame of reference – your attitude, assumptions and expectations of yourself, others around you and life.

Taking the high road means that you do not keep score. You learn to forgive others and do your best to help the people around you.

Tip #5: Stop And Ask For Directions -Most people are too stubborn or proud to do that. They would rather go around in circles than stop to ask someone for directions.

Remember that no matter the direction you are heading, it’s very likely that someone else has already been there and done that. Be prepared to ask for advice… and shortcut your learning curve.

Tip #6: Make A U-Turn When Needed -”Life is the art of drawing without an eraser.” You can’t turn back time when you have made a mistake… but you can change directions and make a U-turn before it’s too late.

Sometimes, we may find ourselves headed into a dead end… the sooner we realize we have to make a change and do it, the more likely we will find ourselves back on a safe route.

Remember… not changing when you have to may lead to death!

Tip #7: Appreciate The Detours – Life is not a smooth one way street. Along the way, you will meet obstacles and challenges. Appreciate and learn to take the detours.
I love the way John reframed “Problems”. He said that problems are…

Predictors

Reminders

Opportunities

Blessings

Lessons

Everywhere

Messages

Solvable

Could you see how that can be really empowering?

Tip #8: Take Pictures – Create Memories.

Now this is an advice I need to take seriously… if not only for the fact that I seldom take pictures.

John suggests that you should….

Work like you don’t need the money
Dance like no one is watching
Sing like no one is listening
Love like you’ve never been hurt
Live like it’s heaven on earth

How beautiful is that?

Tip #9: Travel The Extra Mile – And then some…

Who knows what you would find in that extra mile? Another adventure… A beautiful sight… A lovely encounter… An enchanting lover…

Go the extra mile… it may be worth the whole journey.

Tip #10: Stop To Smell The Roses – Remember not to rush though life… Take some time out to appreciate its beauty… Enjoy the butterflies’ dance… and last but not least, be grateful… for everyone and everything in your life.

HURT? Choose to Pray

As humans we can’t avoid to get hurt.

Hurt is a feeling difficult to run away from. We are hurt when we get insulted, when our values get violated, when people lie to us. Often times, to overcome hurt we choose to ignore and bury it deep within us hoping that time will make the hurt go away. Unfortunately it doesn’t. It just hides itself and when you’re faced with the same circumstances again this hurt multiplies until it becomes huge enough to eat you whole.

Keeping hurt stops you from concentrating on the more important things in life – YOUR GOALS.

It takes a lot of strength not to hurt back someone who has offended you. Until you get even, all your plans are directed to payback. So what do you do?

Don’t play their game. Acknowledge your hurt and lift up the situation to God.

Think about this… Changing oneself takes a lot of effort, what more changing other people. We have no control over how others prefer to act or think but we can choose how we should.

Turn the hurt into a blessing. Pray for those who hurt you. Let go of things you can’t change. Believe in your values. Magnify your strength. Focus on your goals.

Remember that God loves you and this love is BIG. God has a beautiful purpose for your life. Focus on your uniqueness and direct yourself towards the fulfillment of your life’s goals to make a difference in this world.

Find comfort in God the Father who hears even before we speak.

Psalm 23
1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
