A life of Bliss – Part Three

Love, love, love………

Love yourself and the rest becomes easy!

Love is the highest vibration in the universe. The more you love yourself and others, the happier, brighter and more successful your life will become.

And know you are loved. You are loved totally and unconditionally by the source of creation - God.

Becoming aware of this truth connects you to your inherent value, increases your sense of worth and deserving, heals pain of separation and loneliness and opens you to the love that is there for you in every moment.

Your family is your greatest source of love. Increase the love in your life / self by increasing the Love In Your Family. Deepen the love within your family, you deepen your love for yourself. Click here for help to do all these….

Two important points…

1. Be yourself

Be yourself; you're the only one qualified, plus you're amazing!

Dare to be unique, dare to be you, dare to shine your colours, glorious and true.

Being yourself is not only the key to success in your life, it is the best way to serve others and your world. Don't hide yourself or your gifts. It's why you're here.

12. Love

Love yourself and others.

There may be times this is easier than others, but make it your overriding intention. Love lies at the heart of all that you seek, and separation from it at the root of your troubles and pain.

Let love be a guiding light in your life that will steer your ship through stormy waters back to the shore of truth, happiness and joy. We all love to love and be loved! It doesn't get better than that!

A life of Bliss – Part Two

Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant. In the same way, don’t judge yourself by the mistakes you commit but by the good results you put upon your life. Focus on the number of times you stood up to continue walking, leave behind the time you fell.

While it is not always easy to change, at least do one step each day towards your transformation. Allow time to heal your brokenness. Accept yourself, acknowledge your pain and work on letting go of things you can’t change. Surrender to God your weakness, let Him heal your wounds.

You are a person of great value, created in the image and likeness of God. Be loving, compassionate and forgiving of yourself. By doing so, you begin your journey towards bliss.

'Blissipline' Tips!

1. Open to receive

Life doesn't have to be a struggle. Ask for help when you need it. Choose partnership. Be courageous enough to be vulnerable, to receive, to be open and transparent.

Ask the universe for help regularly and be open to receive the outer promptings and opportunities that come your way.

2. Love and accept yourself

"No amount of self-improvement will make up for a lack of self-acceptance". Robert Holden.

The more you accept yourself as you are, the more you let go of what you're not. Quit the self-punishment, blame, inner criticism and self-condemnation. End feeling guilty for it serves no one. Forgive yourself and clear your limiting self beliefs, and embrace more of the love, light, innocence and wonder that you are.

Your family is your greatest source of love. Increase the love in your life / self by increasing the Love In Your Family. Deepen the love within your family, you deepen your love for yourself. Click here for help to do all these….

3. Take responsibility

As James Allen says, "Circumstance does not make a man, it reveals him to himself'.

The more you take responsibility for your life, the more you are able to change it. Become conscious of the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes that are creating your world. Take responsibility for them and choose those that serve you.

4. Follow your intuition.

Your intuition holds the key to your brightest future and all the guidance you need to craft your life optimally. It enables you to engage the grace and magic of CO-creation!

Listen to that small voice within you. When you access and apply your intuition, amazing things start to happen!

5. Act on opportunities

Follow your heart and act on the opportunities the universe is offering to you and the doorways that are opening.

When you apply your intuition and work with the law of attraction, opportunities will present themselves that will take you to your goals in magical and effortless ways...

So it's important to ACT on them!

You might want to write down any synchronicities and the outer 'promptings' in your world, as well as insights through meditation and dreams, that you feel are pointing you in the direction of your bright future.

A life of Bliss – Part One

We are who we make ourselves, but sometimes our ego doesn't want us to do the 'spiritual work' or practices that will heal and transform us, align us with our higher being and enable more of the love to flow that lead to the success we desire and deserve. When we shut off our emotions to avoid pain, we shut off the lighter, positive feelings of love, happiness and joy too.

Change begins with recognition and acknowledgement of our feelings that will allow us to heal. This process involves looking in the mirror. Do this with compassion towards yourself. You are not your darkness, failings or mistakes. You are a person of great value, created in the image and likeness of God. Be loving, compassionate and forgiving of yourself. By doing so, you begin your journey towards bliss.

'Blissipline' Tips!

1. Daily meditation

Even just 5 minutes once a day will be beneficial. You can extend that to 2 (or 3) times a day, and move from 5 minutes to 10, then 20 minutes. Sit back, relax, and allow the meditative experience envelope your being.

Meditating daily has numerous benefits, from improved health, reduced stress and anti-aging benefits to the gifts of clearing and raising energy, inner peace and centering, connecting to your Higher Being, and receiving divine inspiration.

Combining meditation with visualization for manifesting your dreams help clear blockages to success.

2. Daily manifesting routine

A daily manifesting routine can be integrated or added along-side your daily meditation. It could be something as simple as visualizing your goals for a few minutes each morning and/or night. Read a list each morning and/or evening of the current goals you are focusing on.

Daily manifestation implemented daily and added to your routine help bridge the gap between you and your goals.

3. Gratitude

Allow yourself to feel grateful for at least 5 things in your life each morning as part of your blissipline routine, and at the end of the day for things that happened during your day that you are grateful for.

This will align your vibration to everything which is good, true and beautiful in your life, to everything which you love and appreciate, and attract more of the same at an expanded level into your life.

Keeping a gratitude journal is useful too, to make you remember what you are grateful for. The key is feeling the gratitude more than thinking about it or writing it down… avoid the intellectual process, feel and be absorbed by your gratitude.

4. Time in nature

Spending time in nature is healing and recalibrating, and aligns your energy to beauty, harmony, peace, love and enchantment. The wondrous energies of flowers, plants and the nourishing energy of Earth herself, have a very rejuvenating and transforming effect on your being.

Being with nature is in itself food for the soul… it will also ground and discharge negative energies, as well as open your heart and uplift your spirits while giving you time to stop, reflect, be at peace, and be with yourself and receive inspiration.

5. Do more of what you love

Doing more of what you love and what brings you joy will raise your vibration significantly and attract more success, happiness, joy and opportunities into your life in all areas!

All work and no play makes for a dull day. For a high vibration that will boost your all-round attractor factor, be sure to add regular FUN to your weekly schedule!

TWO BIG QUESTIONS

Who am I? and What makes me happy?

Have you tried answering these 2 questions? I mean really sat down and look deep within yourself to know the answer? 90% of successful people have realized this early and have used the answers to guide their way of life.

Knowing who you are and what makes you happy open your mind to your life’s purpose. Listen to God’s voice in the depths of your being. We are all created with a beautiful purpose. Live for this purpose, die for this purpose. Having a clear perspective of your purpose give direction. You’ll have something to do, something to love and something to look forward to. If you have these three things, it’ll be very difficult to be miserable!

Steve Goodier in his article simply puts it this way… ‘How can you get very far, if you don't know who you are?’

Read his full article, I’m sure you’ll be inspired.

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?

Comedian Woody Allen says, "My one regret in life is that I am not someone else."

I heard of one man who took trying to be someone else too seriously. Newspapers reported that Dutch police arrested a man in the town of Rosendaal. They found him in possession of 186 false papers, including 29 Nigerian passports, 30 British passports, 74 Dutch work permits, 12 British driving licenses, 18 birth or death certificates, 2 British student cards, an international driving license and 20 forged checks. Once he was in custody, they still had a problem. They weren't sure who he was.

I have no regrets that I'm not someone else. But that doesn't mean I've always been clear about just who I am. I like the way A. A. Milne's "Winnie the Pooh" (THE WORLD OF POOH) puts it:

"How can you get very far, If you don't know who you are? How can you do what you ought, If you don't know what you've got?"

One man said, "I go to a doctor and pay him 75 dollars an hour, and all he does is ask me the same question my father used to ask me all the time: 'Who do you think you are, anyway?'" But that's not a bad question, really. How can you get very far, if you don't know who you are?

I think I spent the first 20 or 30 years of my life trying to define who I really was. I thought I'd never know what to study in school and I was sure I'd never figure out what kind of person I might be happy spending my life with. I managed to get through that phase of life and then, just when I thought I knew myself fairly well, I discovered I'd changed. And through the years I keep changing. It seems like I've always been up against the question, "Who am I -- really?"

I appreciate Benjamin Kubelski's story. In 1902, his father gave him a violin for his eighth birthday. It cost $50, a small fortune in those days, and especially for a recently immigrated Russian family. Benjamin did well and was playing concerts as a teenager. At age 18 he teamed up with a woman pianist as a musical team in Vaudeville.

But he suspected the violin did not satisfy his heart's desire. Then one night, Benjamin impulsively decided to tell the audience about a funny incident that had happened during the day. He later said, "The audience laughed and the sound intoxicated me. That laughter ended my days as a musician." And it began his life career as entertainer Jack Benny.

He found who he was and everything fit into place. How can you get very far, if you don't know who you are?

But how do you figure out who you are? Short of taking a battery of aptitude and personality tests (which, by the way, do have their place), there are two simple and accurate ways of knowing yourself
better.

First, ask someone who loves you. Ask her to describe you in as much detail as she can. Her opinion may not be conclusive, but others see us differently than we see ourselves.

And second, pay attention to what stirs your emotions. I sometimes ask people, "What do you like to do so much that you would do it for free if you could?" What makes your heart sing?

How can you get very far, if you don't know who you are? Answer these simple questions and I think you'll know.

10 TIPS – JOHN MAXWELL

I happen to come across this article and I thought it is worth sharing. Enjoy and be inspired.

Dr. John C. Maxwell, recognized leadership expert, gave 10 solid tips for traveling through life.

Traveling Through Life

Tip #1: Travel Light. – You can always tell the difference between an experienced traveler and a new one… by the size of their luggage. John mentioned that too many people travel through life with a lot of emotional baggage, which they’ve not yet learned to let go. Traveling light is about finding your priorities… carrying only the essential stuff… Oh yes… and asking for forgiveness along the way.

Tip #2: Take someone with you – Life is about relationships. Isn’t it awfully lonely to travel through life alone? Maybe you’ve been hurt before, but that doesn’t mean that you should close your heart. It only means that you know the characteristics you don’t want in a partner/friend. Let time heal your heart and then find someone to travel through life with.

Tip #3: Follow The Road Map – Have a game plan. If you do not know where you are going, then how can you hope to get there? It is important to know where you are (A) by doing self-reflection everyday and where you want to go (B) by setting goals… but do not succumb to “destination disease”. Life is not only about reaching B. Life HAPPENS between A and B! Enjoy the journey…

Tip #4: Take The High Road -”Those who are instruments of grace to others become recipients of grace to themselves”.

John talks about the necessity of having a life stance – your overall frame of reference – your attitude, assumptions and expectations of yourself, others around you and life.

Taking the high road means that you do not keep score. You learn to forgive others and do your best to help the people around you.

Tip #5: Stop And Ask For Directions -Most people are too stubborn or proud to do that. They would rather go around in circles than stop to ask someone for directions.

Remember that no matter the direction you are heading, it’s very likely that someone else has already been there and done that. Be prepared to ask for advice… and shortcut your learning curve.

Tip #6: Make A U-Turn When Needed -”Life is the art of drawing without an eraser.” You can’t turn back time when you have made a mistake… but you can change directions and make a U-turn before it’s too late.

Sometimes, we may find ourselves headed into a dead end… the sooner we realize we have to make a change and do it, the more likely we will find ourselves back on a safe route.

Remember… not changing when you have to may lead to death!

Tip #7: Appreciate The Detours – Life is not a smooth one way street. Along the way, you will meet obstacles and challenges. Appreciate and learn to take the detours.
I love the way John reframed “Problems”. He said that problems are…

Predictors

Reminders

Opportunities

Blessings

Lessons

Everywhere

Messages

Solvable

Could you see how that can be really empowering?

Tip #8: Take Pictures – Create Memories.

Now this is an advice I need to take seriously… if not only for the fact that I seldom take pictures.

John suggests that you should….

Work like you don’t need the money
Dance like no one is watching
Sing like no one is listening
Love like you’ve never been hurt
Live like it’s heaven on earth

How beautiful is that?

Tip #9: Travel The Extra Mile – And then some…

Who knows what you would find in that extra mile? Another adventure… A beautiful sight… A lovely encounter… An enchanting lover…

Go the extra mile… it may be worth the whole journey.

Tip #10: Stop To Smell The Roses – Remember not to rush though life… Take some time out to appreciate its beauty… Enjoy the butterflies’ dance… and last but not least, be grateful… for everyone and everything in your life.

PARADIGM? / Bob Proctor

I'm sure you have big ideas and great things you want to accomplish, and haven't yet made it happen because you don't know how or where to start. Good news is, you don't have to know how.

Bob talks about PARADIGM.

What is a paradigm? I took down notes and here are a few eye opening concepts…

Paradigm: A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline.
Paradigm: Are a multitude of habits that control behaviors.
Paradigm shapes everything in our life, it shapes our success.
Happiness is controlled by our paradigm.
Paradigm controls our ability to earn money, our weight, our relationship
Your paradigm controls your life
Change your paradigm, change your life.
Logic controls everything, go to the other side of logic – look illogical
Paradigm: problems that have kept us on the ground.
To solve a problem, you need to recognize the problem.

WATCH THIS VIDEO, HEAR & LEARN FOR YOURSELF.

Godliness is character. You can be successful with giftedness alone, but successwill be short-lived and isolated in one or two areas of yourlife. KNOWING YOUR LIFES PURPOSE

What kind of life do you have? Are you living the exact life you've always dreamed of since you were young? Would you consider yourself fulfilled and living your "perfect life?" Are you content with where you are in life and are happy to continue traveling on the exact path you are on? If you answer the above questions yes… you are most likely living your ‘life purpose’.

We all have a calling. I also believe that God has given each one of us a specific purpose. While many have already discovered and now live doing their sole purpose there are also a huge number who are still in search of what they are born to do.

When you're at peace with your dreams, powerful things will happen in your life. You'll reach real happiness and true abundance more quickly.

Oprah is known to be one of the most influential women in America. Her story and discovery of want she is meant to be inspired me… read on to get inspiration.

It's not that I've always known who I would be. It was just very clear to me from an early age who I wouldn't be.

The opportunities for a girl born black in Mississippi in 1954 were limited. You could teach in a segregated school. Or be a maid. A cook. A dishwasher. A servant. I never thought that would be the life for me.

I vividly remember standing on my grandmother's small screened-in back porch, churning butter while she boiled clothes in a big black cast-iron pot in the yard. As she pulled the steaming clothes from the pot to hang on the line to dry, she called to me, "Oprah Gail, you better watch me now, 'cause one day you gon' have to know how to do this for yourself."

I did what she told me. I watched carefully as she pulled the clothespins from her apron, held them two at a time between her lips, and placed one and then the other on opposite ends of the sheets and towels and shirts and dresses she hung on the line.

A still, small voice inside me, really more a feeling than a voice, said, "This will not be your life. Your life will be more than hanging clothes on a line."

The certainty of that divine assurance got me through many a difficult moment during my growing years.

I wanted to be a teacher. And to be known for inspiring my students to be more than they thought they could be. I never imagined it would be on TV.

I believe there's a calling for all of us. I know that every human being has value and purpose. The real work of our lives is to become aware. And awakened. To answer the call.

Speak and be Heard

Ever wonder how to get peoples attention and listen to what ever you are saying?

Some people, it seems, could command attention while reciting a list of fertilizer chemicals; others are ignored no matter what they have to say. "There's a whole skill set involved in being heard," says John Gray, PhD, author of Why Mars and Venus Collide. It all starts with noticing how others are reacting to you. A few talking points:

1. When you're trying to be helpful, do others avoid making eye contact with you? Do they interrupt or show little interest in your point of view? You may be coming across as a know-it-all, or your advice could sound like criticism, Gray says. Eventually people may stop listening to your ideas altogether. Next time you have a suggestion, try asking, "Would you like to know what I think?" Or "I have a different perspective—would you like to hear it?"

2. While you're talking, do people check their BlackBerries or make you feel like you're wasting their time? Tony Alessandra, PhD, author of Charisma: Seven Keys to Developing the Magnetism that Leads to Success, says you may be losing your audience due to a discrepancy in communication styles. "Some people respond to emotion and storytelling, while others need you to get to the point," he explains. Note how fast the other person speaks and try to match his speed: If you talk too slowly to a fast-paced communicator, his mind may wander; if you talk too rapidly to a slower-paced person, he may feel flustered and tune out.

3. Do friends drift off while you're pouring your heart out? According to Gray, many women like to commiserate—talking about problems not in order to fix them but simply to share them as a way to reduce stress. But some people—particularly men—hear such talk as a burdensome request for help. "Let your friend or co-worker know that you just want to vent for a few minutes about what's going on," Gray advises, "and tell him that he doesn't have to say or do anything about it. That releases him from assuming that he must offer a solution."

4. No matter what, you can't go wrong by showing interest in what other people say and making them feel important. In other words, the better you listen, the more you'll be listened to.

"Truth allows you to live every day with integrity. Everything you do and say shows the world who you really are—let it be the truth."— Oprah
